Alicante-Elche Airport
The Alicante International airport is located in the municipality of Elche and is just 11km South of the city center. The airport has three terminals, but only one is in use and is known as the New Terminal (NAT). The modern airport caters to both international and domestic flights. This is the best airport for visiting popular destinations on Costa Blanca and connecting with Seville, Madrid and Barcelona. Driving to Alicante airport from the city center will take approximately 15 minutes, simply take either the N-332 or A-7.
Driving tips for Alicante
● Drive on the right hand side of the road.

Parking at Alicante Airport and in the city
Alicante has 2600 car spaces over the 6 floors of the general carpark, located just a few metres away from the terminal.
There are three options for parking on the the street in Alicante; public car parks, white zoned areas and blue zoned areas. There are also numerous paid public car parks around Alicante. On the street, white zoned areas are free to park in although harder to find, while the blue zoned areas require you to pay at the pay machine and display the ticket on your windscreen. Both blue zones and white have a limit of 2 hours.
