Driving from the airport to Aguadilla
Rafael Hernandez Airport is 10 kilometres north of the city which takes around 15 to 20 minutes to reach in your car hire. For the quickest route, exit the airport by turning left onto Engineer Orlando Alarcon Ave and then another left onto PR-107. Follow this along until merging onto PR-2 W, then take exit 128 toward PR-2R to arrive in Aguadilla.
Driving tips for your Aguadilla rental car
Puerto Ricans are known to drive aggressively. Follow the rules of the road to get to your destination safely.
• Drive on the right side of the road, pass from the left lane.
• Always make sure you have a spare tyre with your rental, some roads are in poor condition.
