Here's how it works: 

1. Book with Confidence: Simply make your car rental booking on Airport Rentals during the promotion period for destination Australia or New Zealand bookings only.
    
2. Find a Lower Price: If, within 48 hours of booking, you come across a lower final price from a commercial car rental provider for the same car of a similar age, for a rental within Australia or New Zealand, we've got you covered.
    
3. Submit a claim: Submit the lower Comparable Quote to us below using the form before collecting your vehicle. You just need to provide us with your details and enough information for us to verify the Comparable Quote (including a screenshot). The Comparable Quote must meet the eligibility criteria set out in the terms below.
    
4. We'll review it: We will review and assess your claim within 72 hours. Rest assured, your original car rental booking remains intact throughout the process.
    
5. Get rewarded: Once your claim is verified and meets all the necessary conditions, we'll confirm this to you by email and match the price difference between your booking and the Comparable Quote - plus $25. We'll refund you the price difference and reward you with an additional $25, after you have returned your vehicle following the rental. It's our way of saying thank you for choosing us and trusting us to offer the best rates.

This offer is only available to customers who have made a car rental booking on airportrental.com or airportrentals.com.au for destination Australia or New Zealand during the promotional period (“Eligible Customers”).
 

Subject to the terms and conditions below, if you are an Eligible Customer and submit us a lower Comparable Quote within 48 hours of completing your booking, we will match the difference in price and provide you $25 in NZD or AUD, depending on your destination after completion of you travel ("Price Beat Amount").
 

For the purposes of this offer, a Comparable Quote must be: 

• a final booking price from a commercial car rental provider (peer to peer rentals or rentals from a private individual are excluded);
• for the same type of car (whether from the same or different provider) of a similar age and condition as your original booking;
• for a rental for pickup in Australia or New Zealand;
• with an identical pickup and drop-off location (airport and city center locations within the same city are different for these purposes);
• at the same date & time; 
• using the same method of payment; 
• using the same payment model (i.e. pay at pick up, pay deposit or pay now);
• priced in the same currency (without the use of a currency converter);
• available to the general public online and not accessible via a special discount code, coupon, or number; and  
• available, and not sold out, at the time you fill out the Price Beat Promise.
   

A Comparable Quote must not be one that was available to you on this site at the time of purchase.
 

This offer applies to the base rental charge of your car rental only. Prices for optional extras, such as GPS units, car seats, insurance or other add-ons are excluded when comparing your booking to a Comparable Quote.
 

This offer does not apply to:  

• campervan bookings;  
• any changes or updates you make to an existing booking;
• any bookings amended by you in any way after making the original booking;
• bookings of 28 days or longer; 
• Comparable Quotes produced due to a technical error showing a significantly lower rate by mistake (in circumstances where the site owner or rental provider has the right to subsequently correct that error after a booking is completed and is likely to do so) 
• Comparable Quotes that are part of a supplier pre-paid discount, corporate rate, travel industry/net/non-discountable rate, package rate, or as a result of a membership discount; or 
• Comparable Quotes that cannot be replicated or verified independently of you.  

We will not consider any requests to review a Comparable Quote or pay out any Price Beat Amount under this offer until all amounts required to be paid by you at the time of making a booking have been fully received by us in cleared funds and your travel has been completed.
 

If your Comparable Quote is valid and we agree to pay you the Price Beat Amount, we will do this by paying the Price Beat Amount to you within 20 working days of completion of your booking. If the destination for your booking is Australia, the Price Beat Amount will be payable to you in Australian dollars (that is, the difference in price in AUD plus AUD $25) and if the destination for your booking is New Zealand, the Price Beat Amount will be payable to you in NZD (that is, the difference in price in NZD plus NZD$25).
 

If you amend your original booking, cancel your original booking or fail to show up to collect the vehicle under your original booking on the required date for any reason, this will be governed by terms and conditions that apply to your booking we are not required to pay you the Price Beat Amount in respect of any such bookings.
 

This offer is a short term offer available for a limited time only. We may withdraw it at any time.
 

If you have already made a booking while the offer is live and we subsequently withdraw the offer, you may still make a claim.
