Terms and conditions 

1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is GoSee Limited, 1 Nelson Street, Auckland, Auckland Central, 1010, New Zealand, 0800 570 007. The competition is run for GoSee's carrental brand, Airport Rentals. 
2. Entry is open to entrants aged 18 years or over who follows airport.rentals on Instagram or Airport Rentals on Facebook and tagged another account in the comments of the Facebook or Instagram post made on the 24th of July 2024. Entries are open between 12am NZST on Monday 24 July 2024 and closes at 11.59pm NZST on 4th August 2024 (Promotional Period). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, 1st cousin or partner. 
3. Promotion commences at 12am NZST on Monday 24 July 2024 and closes at 11.59pm NZST on 4th August 2024 (Promotional Period).  
4. Unlimited entries per person.  
5. Bonus entries (+3) for every time a customer shares the post to their story  
6. The winners will be notified by email by 4pm NZST 6th August 
7. The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and/or other Social Media channels. You completely release Facebook and/or other Social Media channels from all liability associated with this Competition.  

How to Enter  

8. To enter, entrants must, within the promotional period be following airport.rentals on instagram or Airport Rentals on Facebook and tag a friend in the following post. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the draw.     

Judging  

9. This promotion is one of luck. 3 winners are randomly selected from all the valid entries at the end of the Promotional Period at GoSee Limited, 1 Nelson Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, at 10am NZST on 6th August 2023. The Promoter’s choice is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
10. The winners will be notified by direct message from airport.rentals Instagram or Airport Rentals Facebook . The winners must each confirm acceptance of the prize by 4pm NZST 8th August 2024 by replying to the direct message. 
11. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to exchange their customer details with a third party; Webjet in order to distribute the Webjet eGift Card. 
12. If any winner does not accept the prize within the specified time limit, that winner forfeits the prize and a re-draw will occur at the same time and location as the original draw, and a new winner will be notified by direct message the week commencing Thursday 12 August 2024 and must accept their prize by the 14th of August.  
13. There will only be one re-draw per prize. On the occasion a re-drawn winner does not claim their prize within the required time, then the prize will be forfeited.

General  

15. The Promoter may (but is not obliged to) at any time reject and/or remove from access by the public or disqualify or invalidate any Entry that it considers (in its sole judgment) is not eligible or infringes these terms and conditions. The Promoter will have no liability to entrants in that regard. If this occurs in respect of a winning Entry, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the next valid entry that is randomly drawn. 
16. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used 
17. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter: Is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on any computer system or at any website, or any combination thereof, including (but not limited to) any injury or damage to participant's or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; accepts no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in connection with this Promotion, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of this Promotion; and accepts no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access.  
18. To the fullest extent permitted by law and without limiting any other conditions of entry, the Promoter may, at its discretion, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.  
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, loss, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, winner’s travel companion or entrant; or (f) attendance at the prize event.  
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.  
21. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government and local consular offices.   
22. The Promoter will use the personal information from your booking in accordance with its privacy policy and in order to conduct the promotion and administer the prize. 
23. The Promoter and Supplier collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion and administer the prize and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers, and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt-out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter.
